Volunteering for the 2026 Folsom Pro Rodeo

We are gearing up for another exciting year of action and entertainment as we celebrate the 65th anniversary of the Folsom Pro Rodeo and we couldn’t do it without volunteers like you! This year the rodeo will take place on July 2nd, 3rd & 4th! 

Please take a moment to review the volunteer application below and indicate the days you are available. Once we receive your application, we will review it for approval, and if accepted, our team will assign you a position and follow up with additional details.

Important Note:
The Folsom Pro Rodeo takes place during the peak of summer, and most volunteer positions involve prolonged exposure to sun and heat. If you are sensitive to high temperatures or sun exposure, we kindly ask that you carefully consider whether this opportunity is the right fit. Last-minute cancellations can leave us short-staffed and significantly impact event operations.

Regardless of the forecast, we are committed to supporting our volunteers by providing water, sunscreen, cooling towels, food, breaks, and shaded rest areas to help keep you comfortable throughout your shift.

PLEASE NOTE: This application is for a volunteer (non-paid) position.
VOLUNTEERS RECEIVE: A volunteer T-shirt, one catered meal, and complimentary water and soda during their shift.

Waiver

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Folsom Chamber of Commerce ("FCC") and The City of Folsom, their officers, officials, employees, agents and any other co-sponsoring agencies from any and all liability for personal injury, death, health issues or property damage which may arise as a result of my participation as a volunteer for the FCC. This release shall remain in effect until revoked in writing.

Permission for Medical Treatment
I further agree that in case of an accident or injury, I authorize the FCC to call 911 Emergency and the FCC may act in an emergency as best fits the situation in the event that neither myself or emergency contact can be reached. I am aware that the sponsoring organization does not carry medical insurance for participants and volunteers in this activity.
